Just curious...looking at Statistics

A view from my kitchen window

Since I haven't been blogging for a while, I have been catching up on all the bells and whistles of this new blog format has. I look at my statistics and find reading, interpreting them very interesting to say the least. I know what topic has the highest hits and surprisingly, the blog where most people come from to read my blog.( A BIG thank you for the owner of that blog who has me on her blogroll!)
But, the biggest surprise was where in the world people came to read my blog...1st Australia (of course) 2nd USA thanks guys! but 3rd.....now this had a very high percentage of readers and I really don't know why but its....

Romania

Wonderful of course that readers have found me from this country but I am wondering what post has attracted them to this blog through google searchers?

Has anybody else looked at their statistics and found some surprising results...I would love to know!

Hi Girls
Thankyou for our comments! Tonia, first time I have really had a good look and it's fascinating. What I thought was a fairly weak themed post had the biggest hit on google.
Julie Ann, you are so funny! But seriously, why Romania...just in the last few weeks I have had 150 plus hits from this country. I need to know why now...I am such a sticky beak hehe

I have looked at my stats too Mrs B, mostly because I'm stagnating at 50 Followers. The thing is though, I'm not sure how to interpret them...or how to respond!

Hi KL, look at what google search has lead them to your blog. My number 1 topic that viewers found me was boys bedrooms. I had another look...I have had 4oo hits from Romania in the last 2 weeks...now I find this facinating because before this, I only had a few from this country. Something has changed, I must be on some bloggers blogroll for this to suddenly happen? Very fascinating all this statistical research.

Most of mine are from Australia too, about 85% and the rest from US... and bit and pieces from elsewhere. Someone in Romania has you on their blogroll! A-M xx

I love looking at stats Mrs B.....its just so interesting to me that people find me from all over the world and to see how they arrived always makes me curious.
I would love to survey all my readers and ask them.....
Maybe we should start a survey to spread around..;-)

Mrs B, you're back! So good to "see" you again! I'll have to catch up on your latest posts and see if you've made any changes to your amazing house :-)

My top 4 blog readership countries are the US, Canada, UK, and Australia :-) Apparently the Romanians are so busy reading your blog, they don't visit mine ;-) I'm surprised that my most popular post is one I wrote about the mayor's office on Once Upon A Time.

I alway find it so fascinating where readers come from! I really love Analytics - not so much from a business perspective but just curiousity. Romania is an interesting one! xx
